Conditions Apply:
Returned items MUST be in an original, unused condition with tags and packaging (where applicable) intact.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your purchase. For the Christmas period, the returns period is extended to the end of January.
Product returns will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item(s) together with a completed returns document.
Underwear and cricket groin protection purchases are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
Just Hockey and Cricket Express may refuse to refund or exchange if items do not meet the returns criteria mentioned above.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Just Hockey/ Cricket Express will facilitate a warranty return on your behalf with the supplier/brand and may be required to send the item back to the supplier for assessment. Just Hockey cannot guarantee the warranty of your product until it is inspected and determined to be under warranty.
A dated proof of purchase must be supplied (Just Hockey and Cricket Express are not responsible for lost or misplaced receipts).
Loose grips, paint chips, scratches and nicks, worn heel, loose material inside composite sticks, rattles or vibrations which are the result of normal use, or any other cosmetic damage are unable to be covered by warranty. None of these will negatively impact the play of the product.
Just Hockey and Cricket Express will endeavour to process warranty returns as quickly as possible.
As we are reliant on external suppliers, however, we are unable to provide a confirmed processing timeframe.
The supplier (not Just Hockey and Cricket Express), in accordance with their set terms & conditions, has the right to decide if there is a manufacturing issue or defect.
Depending on the findings from the assessment, an item may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or no action taken.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be processed for alternative items
(size/colour etc).
Additional fees will apply if exchanging for a
more expensive product. Additional shipping fees will be incurred if the alternative product is being
shipped (unless the original item was returned due to an error in shipping).
RETURN YOUR ORDER IN STORE
Items can be returned to any of our Just
Hockey and Cricket Express stores.
Please have a physical or digital copy of
your order confirmation email available for the store manager. Refunds or
exchanges can be processed on the spot, however where a replacement product is
only available at another Just Hockey and Cricket Express branch, a return may
take up to 5 working days to process, plus up to 3 days shipping time.

RETURN FREIGHT
Return freight charges are not covered by
Just Hockey / Cricket Express. Note: if
you have been sent the wrong item in error, we will arrange free return
freight. Please contact us as soon as possible at nzorder@chhl.co
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND
Your refund will be processed as a reversal
of your original payment, depending on which method you used for your
order. Postage/shipping refunds are not
able to be applied, so you will receive a refund for the product value only.
Credit Card: Refund will be processed back
onto your card online or in-store. This usually takes a few days to clear but
may take longer over the weekend & public holidays depending on your bank.
Gift Card: Refund will be processed back
onto your gift card online or in store. In some cases, you may receive a
replacement gift card number.
Afterpay: Refund will be made back onto
your Afterpay account. Once the refund has been processed by Just
Hockey/Cricket Express, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with
after pay. This usually takes a few days to clear but may take longer over the
weekend & public holidays.

NZ based orders only. For International orders, please email us in the first
