Determining the goalie's head circumference is the first step in sizing a goalie helmet. To get an accurate measurement, run a tape measure around the middle of the forehead, just above the eyebrows, around the side - just above the ears to the ‘bump’ on the back of the head. Write this measurement down, then find the recommended size by following the guide below.
